Our house is located on one of the most beautiful streets in Akyaka, directly next to the Nail Çakırhan and Halet Çambel House for Culture and Art. The street is named after the famous architect who shaped Akyaka. The sea is just a few minutes' walk away, and shopping facilities are also in the immediate vicinity. Despite the central location, it is surprisingly quiet here, allowing you to listen to the sound of the sea in the evening. ArtApart Akyaka was built in the 1990s in the Akyaka architectural style and was lovingly renovated in 2014-2015. We have placed great importance on sustainability and aesthetics. Air conditioning, underfloor heating, and hot water are centrally and environmentally friendly provided by modern heat pumps.
